2004

the day as it was

the day began at 7 and ended at 7:30, long hours, moving toys from one spot to the other, then moving more and more until they were all moved. The crew worked hard, and I was happy to be tired when the day finally ended. But again back at the hotel a bag of Bar B Q chips and sour cream for my supper, I saw in my mind that expression the wrinkled nose, that look that cannot be described, but which I can mental bring to the forefront of my memories. I miss seeing that look, as I miss so much of what we had.

2003

I wonder if the humor of my tears is a comfort in a distorted way of my mind twisting and bending and telling me things that no one could ever understand nor would or will anyone ever try.

2002

The wind blows hard and cold
Hiding beneath the folds
Flying things
It almost sings
A whining, eerie tune
Saying that spring is coming soon

2001

Maybe now with the new job life will become more normal more of an even kilt, but yet I am afraid

2000

If I were to walk upon the embers of time
which side of the sword would I feel?
The sharp stinging pain of recent days past
or the dullness of memories destroyed

If I were to walk upon the embers of time
which bridge would not have burned
The crumbling support that held the foundation
or the one hidden from view, shall I retreat?

If I were to walk upon the embers of time
which song would I hear sung? Which bird would I see?
The cry of the jay in fall?
or the soft melody of the swallow's call?

1999

Within my dreams
there are endless streams
Visions of beauty
and others filled with screams

1998

Feelings of quiet
peace and tranquility.

solitude

silence alone

1997

Give me where to stand, and I will move the earth.
