If my faith is large as the mustard seed all things will be possible to me; I can say to this mountain remove thyself and my faith in God will do this for me! Have you ever held a mustard seed in the palm of your hand? This tiny seed's not much larger than a grain of sand! Yet when it is planted and becomes full grown, It is huge and mighty from this tiny seed that was sewn! Our faith is likened to this tiny seed when God makes His home in our hearts and our lives; But as we grow in the Word and in God, just watch it grow and see how it thrives! If we plant God's word deep in our hearts our faith will grow like this tiny seed; When our faith is applied through prayer and fasting we will see the extent of how it can succeed!

If you have food in your refrigerator,
clothes on your back, a roof over
your head and a place to sleep,
you are richer than 75% of this world.

When you were born, you were crying
and everyone around you was smiling.
Live your life so at the end,
you're the one who is smiling and everyone
around you is crying.

An unexpected e-mail, brought tears to my eyes. I miss the friend I thought I had, I miss the only person I never doubted to tell me the truth, the only one I know that never judged, or tried to change me. I miss that friend so much and the haunting reminder was more than my heart could take tonight.

Sometimes you can do a little bit of something,
Nothing real important but yet others know, they remember
years later, a message sent
I'm glad that I was remembered for my giving
and not for my taking

Hanging on to something that is no longer
fighting for things that have little value
struggling to survive
pondering the thought of why someone would fight so hard for something that never seemed to matter before

Is it the sense of loss or the sense of failure that drives us all to hang on to what we no longer have. I shall have to ponder this thought further

History is the witness that testifies to the passing of time; it illumines reality, vitalizes memory, provides guidance in daily life and brings us tidings of antiquity.
