"I'm a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it."
- Thomas Jefferson -

"To realize one's nature perfectly — that is what each of us is here for."

Well I still feel like crap but I feel 100 percent better than I did yesterday. I did manage to make it to work, but it was a struggle to stay all day, my tummy got to hurting so bad by the time I left I felt like I couldn't walk another step. I've just laid around all day, I really need to do the dishes but It's going to have to happen another day, cause I just don't feel up to standing there to do them, besides no one is going to visit to see them dirty anyhow, so no big deal.

Summer has played it's song, and the closing is near
the strains of it's last melody lingers in the evening air
the leaves begin to dress in thier most vibrant colors
to begin the final dance before thier final fall of the year

the interesting day of thoughts filled with other months and other 13th of significance

sometimes I don't have the words to voice what my heart feels, they cannot be vocalized, explained or even written..there are no specific words to describe the emptiness, the loneliness, and the self doubts that plaque my being. there is more to being a person than intelligent, caring, or even being but yet where am I with each and how do I overcome the self esteem issues that I battle with constantly?

Friday the 13th and the day was just that

no thoughts, still a numbness from the past days, and the loss that we all have suffered.

Many persons have a wrong idea of what constitutes true happiness. It is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.
- Helen Keller -

Sometimes dreams come and you try to find the answer or the reason for having it, prolonging the state of slumber to find the conclusion.

They are lost

The words, the emotions the feelings
they have deserted me

Frustration, anger, disappointment
war deep inside of my thoughts

Churning, spinning spiraling
downward till there is no more bottom

They are lost

To be conscious that we are perceiving or thinking is to be conscious of our own existence.
- Aristotle -
