"When you come to the end of all the light you know, and it’s time to step into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing that one of two things shall happen: Either you will be given something solid to stand on or you will be taught to fly."
- Edward Teller -

"Character may be manifested in the great moments, but it is made in the small ones."
- Phillips Brooks -

I like Sundays, there is racing and there is football and there is bullriding, and today they all three were on at the same time, I did a lot of channel hopping to see it but I did get in some of each and that made me happy. Isn't sad when something like a sportings event is the highlight of your life? My son called me an eccentric today, this kind of bothers me, I guess I have graduated from hermit to eccentric. Is this a good thing or a bad thing. My thought to ponder today.

Let the smile you see in your dreams be mine
Let the hope you feel be devine
Let the Love you know be of the sweetest kind

when the coolness of the fall air touches the skin I recall the autumn sun
the walks along a path forbidden
but yet beyond control yours or mine
a path my heart still travels in the deepest of the night
where laughter and love was shared in the purest and simplest of ways
do you remember

moments, one at a time, accumulating, spent and gone, how much more of life will I later know that has been wasted in this place my soul lives?

almost two weeks and no word, guess that shows my importance, or unimportance. but yet that does not matter for I know that I am no more than me and that is all that matters.

holding on to thoughts that may carry me or destroy me, someday when the light goes out, I will need to return to this place and time and relive the joy that was brought to me by just a word, a smile, and you

don't be silent, there is to much silence in my world, tell me your thoughts, your fears and your dreams, and I shall do the same

Stars dangling above
the moon a glowing eerie red
cool mist upon the air,
silence in the dark

Last night I was given the honor of being named Geocities Community Leader of the month. It was a huge honor and I must admit when I heard my name I got tears in my eyes, it meant so very much to me, more than I realized it would.

I also felt like so many other great community leaders deserved the award more than me. I know that all of My Paris Community Leaders are what holds me together, if it weren't for them I would be nothing.

There have also been many others that have played a key role in my success as a community leader. My first Liaison in the Wellesley Neighborhood. Minnie. She taught me how to Babble. then there was Martie. she taught me about not letting the job get to me. Then Femtech. I learned so much from her. by being her Co-Liaison I learned more than just Community leader skills, I learned about html, and technical stuff I never had a clue about.

Also by working on various Geocities programs I have gotten to know many other Community Leaders in the Geocities community leader program. There is Rebel, the Training Dean for the Community leaders this lady really deserves the Title of Community leader of the Month. There is Matt the Pipeline liaison, for someone as young as he is, he shows so much dedication to the job and the responsibilities it entails. Ana and Castles from Athens deserve mention as well with out their help and support sometimes I think My hood would fall apart.

There are just so many that need the title and I am humbled that I received it.

Who sees all beings in his own Self, and his own Self in all beings, loses all fear.
