"He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it."
- Revelation 2:17 -

"Consider the postage stamp: its usefulness consists in the ability to stick to one thing until it gets there."
- Josh Billings -

I'm so tired tonight, think I have a migraine coming on, just not feeling the greatest.

I am a person who can survive, but cannot live
I am a person who can love, but cannot be loved
I am a person who can give, but cannot take
I am a person who can cry, but yet not die

"If a little dreaming is dangerous, the cure for it is not to dream less but to dream more, to dream all the time."
– Marcel Proust -

boredom seems to lead us to places we only dare share with ourselves in the darkness of the night. the fears, the missed opportunities, the reservations of what is to come if thoughts and views are not expressed, changed reformed, explored and experienced.

sometimes I wonder how I can be loved when I have always failed at it in the past, where does one find the one that can share their thoughts, carry their dreams and be a part that you can trust with your life?

when once was the time
time was then what was

someday someone's going to love me just as I am,
I am who I am, and that is what makes me, me

I wished upon a falling star last night, a wish that may never come true, but yet the thought of it and you brought to me a sense that have been too few. I watched it streak across the sky a brilliant shining light, and thought of you long into the night.

The wish I wished may be only that and if it is to be then it shall, for what else have we other than that.

Hold me in your arms, and feel my warmth, know that I am with you even though you cannot see. Know that I hold you close to me.

in youth I dreamed of a home
of children
of peace
and a sense of belonging
of being a part

as youth slipped by and reality intruded
the nightmares of never
finding that peace
or that happiness

Underpromise; overdeliver.
