dreams of nightmares
fight and flight
slain and in pain
my heart
from the start

in things I cannot look upon but see
in things I can not touch but feel
in things I sense, without words or voice

Fly away from the pain
look no more for the rain

At times each day may seem a strain
but never lived in vain

Follow the the East bound train
walk the Southern lane

Recall those those who were slain
remove the slightest stain

Fly away from the pain
upon a big Jet Plane

Okay I admit today's thought is way overboard on the rhythm, Me thinks maybe I have been reading to much poetry and have all these matching words within my head that I have decided to play with to see where they may lead. Some days are diamonds, but often they are diamonds in infancy, meaning a lump of coal *laughing*

Today was a wonderful day, which sometimes seem few and far between, the talk of the hawk and it's beauty, seems to bring a peace to me for some unknown reason, maybe it that when I see one, I know I have been blessed by a rare site, or maybe my spirit soars with him in flight, but whatever the reason I'm thankful that he is there at times

1998

A day before an adventure
the hatred of the thought
a fear of the unknown
his words are cruel
He pushes me away
fear causes him to not think
Will I return
or will I be lost

1997

One word frees us of all the weight and pain in life. That word is love. - Sophocles -
