when I said always and forever...forever meant just seems that the sands of time can not erase the feelings that are inside, deep deep inside


internal screams fill the head, beliefs wrong or right, desires sought and unfulfilled, discontentment, emotional upheaval, discontentment, and a wonder of what if and what is, insanity or a normal inner being?


Aunt Flo comes once again, I think she visits more often than she should. I seems unfair that the headaches she brings and the weariness, I seem to fight each time she comes near.

The Ides of March

Kind of a changing of the tide
where the seas go out but return again
Where life continues changing
but yet repeating in a different form

Cycles? or Circles?
Mountains? or Valleys?

Spring beckons
